WARRANTY INFORMATION

This information outlines the warranty conditions applicable to products sold by EnKi – The Smart Way, in accordance with current regulations.

1. Statutory Warranty for Consumers (private individuals)

For private customers (consumers), pursuant to the Consumer Code, products are covered by a 24-month legal conformity warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty exclusively covers conformity defects present at the time of delivery.

2. Warranty for VAT-registered customers (professional use)

For purchases made by VAT-registered entities within the scope of their professional activity, unless otherwise indicated or specifically agreed, a 12-month commercial warranty applies.

Mandatory legal provisions that may be applicable remain valid.

3. Products covered by manufacturer's warranty

Some products are directly covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In such cases, the customer must contact the official brand service center.

Seller assistance may be limited to initial support for managing the claim.

4. General conditions for warranty validity

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects or non-conformities present at the product's origin.

The warranty does not cover, for example:

  • accidental damage, impacts or drops
  • scratches, dents, cosmetic marks or cosmetic damage in general
  • damage from improper use, neglect or incorrect installation
  • tampering or unauthorized interventions
  • normal wear and tear of the product
  • use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions

5. Products excluded from warranty

Excluded from the warranty are:

  • consumables (e.g. inks, liquids, sprays, adhesives and similar)
  • products subject to consumption or natural deterioration

6. Spare parts and electronic components

For spare parts and electronic components, it is mandatory to verify proper functioning before final installation.

The warranty is valid only if:

  • the product has not been permanently installed in case of a defect
  • seals, protective films or labels have not been removed
  • the product shows no signs of assembly, soldering or tampering

The removal of seals, films or the installation of the component results in the forfeiture of the warranty, unless a defect was already present and documentable before use.

7. Batteries and components subject to wear and tear

  • Batteries: 6-month warranty
  • LCD displays / screens: 3-month warranty

These components are considered subject to wear and tear or structural fragility and are covered exclusively for manufacturing defects.

8. Used and refurbished products

  • Used 3-month warranty

  • refurbished 6-month warranty

Products sold as used, refurbished or reconditioned may show cosmetic signs due to previous use (e.g., scratches, micro-marks, signs of wear).

The warranty on such products exclusively covers proper technical functioning at the time of sale and does not include cosmetic defects or signs of wear already declared or visible at the time of purchase.

9. Procedure in case of defect

In case of a defect, the customer must contact customer service at enki@enkitsw.it, providing:

  • description of the problem
  • proof of purchase
  • photos or video of the defect

The case will be evaluated by the seller or, if necessary, by the manufacturer.

10. General exclusions

The warranty does not cover in any case:

  • accidental damage or damage from falling
  • cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, marks)
  • incorrect or unprofessional installations
  • improper or non-compliant use
  • unauthorized third-party interventions
  • lack of maintenance or adequate care
